I thought the person that sold us new phones knew what he was doing. At the end it came up that I’m being charged for stuff that was supposed to be free, and that now I’m stuck with paying for the next 24 months. I called and he girl who I spoke to just sound like she doesn’t even want to help out and doesn’t know a thing she’s saying. Talks workers suck tbh. Never purchasing from this store ever again!!!

The only reason I gave this store three stars instead of 1 was because or first experience in this store last weekend was good. However the second time was miserable. First time we went in the gal that helped us went above and beyond to help us locate a store that had S5s. Unfortunately when we had to go back the next day for new SIM cards for our kids to take over our S3 phones the young man who helped us was horrible.
