Absolutely terrible location and employees. Inattentive, no communication when attempting to flag someone down and acted angry when asking questions on pricing and declining protection 360. Sales rep was dancing to tiktok videos and had earphones in and acted like other customers and I was bother him attempting to get a new phone. Still got protection 360 billed to me and was added without consent. Still attempting to fight this charge and frankly not sure if I'm going to continue with T-Mobile when it's settled.
