Angel, Dex, and Gizelle were all amazing and helped me switch to T-Mobile. I bought the first iPhone 17 in Purple they had in their store and I’m super happy with the customer service and support I received! 110% will be coming back for all my needs because it was super easy and seamless! Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Shame on you T-Mobile for allowing this store to ruin your reputation. The interaction with the manager/owner of this location and one of his associates is why I am moving my service to another carrier. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for well over 5 years and this last experience in this store ruined everything for me.
