I've been with T-Mobile for years now through my parents plan. Spoke with people over the phone who explained the deals available to me but when I call the store they have no desire to work with me or honor the pricing I was given over the phone. As a long time customer of T-Mobile I highly recommend going elsewhere. Their service is terrible (both phone & customer) and we have always had to use an extender to get ANY service at our home. I want to thank Charlie for helping me out a great deal on Friday night. I purchased my phone from another T-mobile store and they were not very helpful. I drove to your store and he helped me out with patients and knowledge. Thank you so much Charley. I think it's sad Tmobile does not give you the option to e-mail their corporate or local offices to compliment an employee. I tried to buy my phone from your store several Saturdays in a row and your store was too busy for me to wait there.

AWFUL! This lady called "Gabby" kept texting the whole time while "helping us" all she did was text and touch her stomach a very obnoxious way, it looked like she didn't want to help at all and was completely obligated, everything seemed to bother her. Our presence was a bother between her and her texting. I see now that T-mobile employees get paid to text while helping customers. Hated the whole experience, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HELP NOR WORK DON'T DO IT.
