Bought a phone from here and was suckered into buying a PureGear screen protector with a “lifetime warranty” for $40. I have had the phone for about 4 months and just got my first crack in the protector. When I went to the PureGear website to redeem my warranty and submit a claim, I was met with a $12 shipping charge - which could buy me a pack of 2 screen protectors on amazon. I thought the staff in this store were awesome. They helped me tremendously yesterday with Tablet and phone security for my kids. I will absolutely be going back to this store.
My phone quit working about 2 weeks ago and won't come on and when I went in to the store they offered to do nothing for me which doesn't make sense when I pay to have insurance on the phone and my husband and I have been customers with them for 10 years now.
El peor servicio al cliente. Un completo desastre de tienda. Compras un artículo a un precio y luego aparecen más cargos por el mismo artículo que compraste en tu factura. Y no te resuelven ningún tipo de inconvenientes aun cuando ellos mismos son los que crean los inconvenientes . Venden a base de mentiras y precios que no son ciertos
