I've had T-Mobile for 13 years and I'm appalled at the store manager in the west town corners location. He was so INCREDIBLY FUCKING RUDE! I have never had a problem with any employee there. This is one of 3 places I'm going to complain to. I don't understand if he knows the meaning of person to person interaction. Under the circumstances with the trade in goes.
