This five star review is solely because of Isaiah. This young man explored every option available with me regarding my daughter's phone (still under manufacturer's warranty.) Mind you, it was about 40 mins before the store's closure time. We never felt rushed by him. He made several calls to see what could be done, but ultimately I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile customer support team, who had a two hours wait time lol yeahhhh not doing that. If you go to this store, talk to Isaiah. I call him the Spanish guy. He is absolutely professional humble and informative. You will love him. He should be the manager. He helped us when customer service couldn't. He's a good guy

New store assistant manager Isaiah helped me with setting up the internet and adjusting my plan to include internet. The T mobile app was not working and loading anything and he was able to bypass that issue in the store and handle it and set up within 20 minutes. Super professional, super willing to help and took care of me and another customer at the same time. So far a good start considering previous management he seems eager to ensure you are take care of and are satisfied with T mobile services.
