Came to this store to buy a phone, online it says they open at 11, the door says 10am regardless I got here at 11:04 the door was unlocked and they told me they were still closed and when I asked what time they opened they looked at me like I was speaking alien or something. The service is terrible; they lack the proper training to guide customers. They feed you misinformation—spinning a tall tale just to push whatever products are most profitable for them—and, on top of that, they never actually have any of the items they advertise as freebies on Tuesdays.
This is the worst service I received the associate simply lie to me. He said after I buy it I can unlock it in 6 month, well. Thats no the policy and now I am not having phone on my trip to japan. T-Mobile should hire honest people and not garbage liars that just want to sell phones to get bonuses.

Website and sign on door show open at 10:00 am. Was not opened until 11:04 even though an employee knew we were waiting outside
