Updating my review, I have returned to this location now only out of necessity because it's the closest one to me. The employees are not attentive nor are they helpful if you have questions. If I have to come back to this location I hope that I bring patience with me.

Went there to purchase a iPhone and was told that service had to be done from the internet and shipped to the store. I ordered it and couldn’t ship it to the store had to ship it to my house. Seems that the store is there to look pretty and just for show. What has happened to t-mobile don’t they care anymore about their customers. I’m not a new customer have more than 10 years with them. Just an update waited a week and a half to get my phone. Something that took hours to do before. T-mobile time to merge.
