I guess 23 years of loyalty means nothing to Tmobile anymore. I purchased a new Note 10+ 5g in December and now it's having an internal temp issue and won't charge. A supervisor said there was nothing he could do to speed up the phones replacement that it would take 4 days for to receive it. Not acceptable. I'll start searching for a new cell phone company tomorrow morning.

#Tmobile #T-mobile my plan started a week ago and cost me $130. For $30 more could have 4 lines also unlimited. Wtf do I have these speeds? I know that I have used 45gigs but this is not unlimited. I am switching to sprint. They will give you one year service FREE unlimited. Fuck You!
I came to T-Mobile to turn in my old phone with no shipping label, rem number, nothing. Amin was so helpful! He took the time to call customer support, get everything packaged, and sent back for me! I highly recommend this store for any and all cellular needs!
