I have been with T-MOBILE for a few years and I've never been disappointed by their customer service, regardless of what store I go to. Hurricane Irma is about to hit the state, but my Galaxy S8 charger recently got damaged. I needed to get a replacement before the storm hit, but as I pulled up, one of the store reps was in front letting customers know they were closing in order to prep for the storm. Good customer service and short waiting time. Replacement phone which was to take a couple of days to arrive at store arrived the following day. Travis took care of me and was very knowledgeable in what I needed from T-Mobile.
