Muy mal servicio por parte de la mujer que está trabajando ahí. Es la segunda vez que vamos y estábamos con la esperanza que nos atendiera alguien y solo estaba ella y con sus caras siempre de mal modo y sin poder dar opciones para cambiar el plan de teléfono. Es al razón por la que después llegamos a Verizon y por el buen servido nos cambiamos de compañía. En esa tienda deben capacitar mejor a su personal ya que eso hace que uno busque más opciones.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this T-Mobile store. For two weeks, I tried to call the store several times, but no one ever picked up. I anticipated at least a fundamental level of customer service over the phone, yet I was entirely overlooked. After giving the store numerous opportunities, I chose to visit in person, hoping to address my concerns directly. Regrettably, my visit was equally frustrating. CLOSED, I went there this morning sign on the door says they open at 9am. I waited from 8:45am until 10:15am and nobody ever came. They must have gone out of Business,
