I went in to get a new phone here this weekend. The staff was very friendly, but he put a device in my bag without telling me anything about it (the device was a tracking tag, similar to an AirTag). I was in a rush so didn’t question it, and he did not mention that it was something that didn’t come with the phone. The device added a line to my account. We spent near two hours in this store to take the promotional two free iPhones for transferring service from another carrier. After the contracts were signed, and everything was completed the gentleman at the counter, then informed us that we would not be able to keep our old devices and had to trade them in. This was not the promotion that we had signed up for. Muy mal servicio por parte de la mujer que está trabajando ahí. Es la segunda vez que vamos y estábamos con la esperanza que nos atendiera alguien y solo estaba ella y con sus caras siempre de mal modo y sin poder dar opciones para cambiar el plan de teléfono. Es al razón por la que después llegamos a Verizon y por el buen servido nos cambiamos de compañía. En esa tienda deben capacitar mejor a su personal ya que eso hace que uno busque más opciones.
