I went to this store twice looking to change my iPhone for a new one and they couldn’t tell me right on the spot if they had it in stock or not . I have to wait 10 minutes for the safe to open so they could check if the phone was available , they couldn’t tell me by checking the system, they make customers wait for 10 minutes just for the safe opens to tell you if they have the phone available or not (any kind of phone).This location still operates like in the 70s and 80s. Only gave one star because I was forced to.Do not do business with Theif-Mobile Aka T-Mobile they are thieves. Long story short I purchased a phone didn’t it want service so I cancelled within the grace period they charged me 200+ dollar restocking fee which I was ok with. Then they sent me a bill for 300 even though I had the service for one week make that make sense. Called customer service was able to bring bill down due to error on their end. I had the most amazing experience that I have ever had in a cellular phone store. I was assisted by a sales person named Luisi, And she was the friendliest, knowledgeable, and helpful person I have ever met working in a store.
