I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this T-Mobile store. For two weeks, I tried to call the store several times, but no one ever picked up. I anticipated at least a fundamental level of customer service over the phone, yet I was entirely overlooked. CLOSED, I went there this morning sign on the door says they open at 9am. I waited from 8:45am until 10:15am and nobody ever came. They must have gone out of Business,

5 star customer service all around! I went last to get switch to T-Mobile from AT&T and both Luisi & Kyla were extremely helpful. I wanted to get the iPhone 17 pro and they were understanding and took the time to explain everything to me and make the process very smooth. Attention to detail and very well oriented in doing the process. I couldn’t stop thanking them every minute I got. If you are reading this once again thank you both for the help! These two deserve every recognition possible!
