tmobile reps lie. We were quote a promo and surrendered a perfectly good phone. Later that day tmobile calls to say the promo had expired. We couldn't get our phone back and they started billing me monthly for the new one that should have been free. The manager of that store conveniently leaves and we are stuck with NO ONE taking our situation seriously. DO NOT TRUST THESE SALES PEOPLE.
