I've always like this location. Some of the male employees are very short and distant with you when you question them at length, but not all. Overall they're very knowledgeable and are as helpful as I imagine that they can be.

Bought a $30 tourist SIM card and was told at the store that it would not do tethering... “only the $50 one would”... well... that’s not true (let aside that T-mobile page explains it properly)... apart from this, great service from staff (MF) and all good!!
One of the worst experience trying to get a new account in this store. The guy couldn’t figure out the right option for me and every change needed 30 mins for the system to update and get back to the starting point. Had to come back thrice and even after that they couldn’t clarify(or wouldn’t care to clarify) the difference in the initial pricing they showed vs. what they were asking me to sign.. wasted my whole day...
