I have been with te mobile for 10 years. I use my phone to speak after my voice ox was removed and they have been helpfull
Too busy, 3or 4 working ,4 or 5 waiting. Thr waiting times for folks make me feel rushed
Traded up to a I16 from i12 and they never did the transfer correctly. Locked out of Apple, Icould & app store. Three apple tech’s haven’t ben able to undo two phones with same number being active! One said she’s never seen anything like it!
