Unhelpful and rude.
Walked in to upgrade my stepson's phone.. we didnt know you have to order online now. The employee who approached us was very dry and dismissive. Its been 2 1/2 years since we needed a new phone so we didnt know. The way he talked to us was like were should have known this. So... Galleria Mall location we went.
