Yall gotta do a better job of training employees to HELP customers and not lie to them. Ayaan U told me my 3 trackers were free with a store credit but I got no store credit. Terrible service!
I had the best experience here it was a pleasure working with Ayaan at T mobile and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like a valued customer. Ayaan was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient as he helped me find the perfect charger I needed. Thank you so much. He deserves a raise.
Raiyan is one of the best tmobile employees I've ever had the pleasure working with, he has gone above and beyond in every way possible and honestly couldn't be happier. I'm recommending EVERYONE to go see him! Management PLEASE promote him!
Rude employee. I came in for a WiFi box because the one I got because mine was broken and I had a employee named aryan who was very rude and told me they don’t have one and refused to help me further. His coworker overhead and spoke and said he can see if more come in later, but aryan didn’t. He needs to be retrained because this is terrible customer service! I will be pushing this further
Ive & Vee were exceptional. I arrived around 6:30pm and they hand their hands full with other customers, along with people continuing to walk in. I sat down and waited patiently for them to assist me, and observed them assisting everyone the best they could, even after hours. Ive also solved my issue in a matter of minutes! Would absolutely recommend this location, the both of them deserve a raise!!!
