Walked in to upgrade my stepson's phone.. we didnt know you have to order online now. The employee who approached us was very dry and dismissive. Its been 2 1/2 years since we needed a new phone so we didnt know. The way he talked to us was like were should have known this. So... Galleria Mall location we went.
Great service switching from ATT. It was a long process by rich and Ryan were amazing and walked me through everything
Raiyan helped my partner and I get a new phone and line figured out due to a difficult family situation. He helped us navigate through it and we walked out of the store with a new phone which worked perfectly with all of the data transferred so fast! He advocated for us and helped us with corporate and answered all of our questions. 10/10 experience.
