Be aware that this is a franchise store and they are unable to correct many issues. They are not knowledgeable about their products. Every time I have gone to this location they have been unable to help or rude. I would strongly recommend going to the corporate store in Geneva or Algonquin. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone. I went in yesterday because i needed a new charger and the Sales rep stated he tried plugging in my phone to a charger and it wouldnt charge (he didnt show me this btw) he then proceeded to check my account and tell me my insurance expired (hello insurance doesnt expire.! especially not if you pay avery month..!) he meant the warranty. he did not give me my options to fix my phone he pressed for me to buy a $100 wireless charger or fix my "broken phone" and pay out of pocket. i bought... read more

This was a horrible experience. We added lines to my account and they had no idea their own promotions and screwed up sending in a phone to get it paid off through Verizon. This store had nothing but excuses and confusion. I will never go back to this tmobile store again. From staff to managers they made this process take hours. Completely unacceptable.
