I went in for a simple warranty exchange only to be given the run around and was told it was processed for the wrong imei in the middle of this I was told a crack in my camera lens voids my warranty yet it doesn't affect the camera and I was told while calling that it was fine and nothing to worry about I will never ever come back to this store and you guys need to fix you're system so that way if a replacement is sent for the wrong phone like how do you make this many mistakes and then tell me that you can't help me what ki... read more
