I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from John and Hannah on 11/11/25. They showed a clear lack of knowledge about their own products and services. I came in with my 86 year old mother and her phone that was frozen with the shutdown, restart and s.o.s. screen. The store was empty, no customers. 11-8-25. UnfortunatelyI had to go to this store again. The Manager (didn't get her name) but she had long black hair, and the biggest attitude, even before I explained my problem (which was not with the store but with corporate). She looked at me like I was a complete pest and said "the store is closing in one hour and I am not going to call customer service". I asked her what I was supposed to do and her answer was "go to a different store". Seriously ?!?!?!?! I will never go back to that store!
The two young ladies were super unhelpful. They tried everything they could not to assist us. Kimberly had a terrible attitude and anything we asked she rolled her eyes at us. Even when we had T-mobile customer service on the line she was rude to them as well. I highly encourage anyone using T-Mobile to go to another location. I went to another t-mobile location and they were very helpful and able to help me out.
