I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at your Frankfurt location at 11316 Lincoln Highway. When I visited the store, there were two employees present. Unfortunately, the person in charge was extremely rude and unprofessional. She attempted to provide a solution to my issue before even reviewing or opening my account, which showed a lack of understanding of my situation. Unprofessional staff, couldn't login in the T-Mobile system to serve me, I had to leave the store and go to another one.

This store is more of a joke than Tmobile itself. The customer service is so slow and they barely know their own system. I would rate zero stars if it was possible. They will rip you off and lie about quality of service and pricing of final bill. They will promise credits and discounts but not actually show you any formal paperwork showing final bill or even estimate.
