Zero customer service. Lady was rude and condescending, sorry if you don't like your job. Went down to the New Lenox locations, super nice and helpful.
I had a problem with my service & Johnny was on the spot. Great experience & I recommend this store. I went to the Orland Park store at 15615 S LaGrange Rd first & they wouldn’t help me because I ordered it over the phone.
I came in today to get my screen protector replaced which I have done many times before and had no issues. This time I was told there was an issue and instead of explaining it nicely they were extremely disrespectful and were no help at all. Very disappointed in this store and I don't plan on going back.
Not something you ever want to do, especially in Lockport.When I was there , there was only one poor guy and twelve waiting people if they don't have enough people to work there, a a manager needs to come in and help out
John took care of me while I was having an issue he was professional and he knew what he was doing I do highly recommend him and for sure 5 stars 🌟.
