I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from John and Hannah on 11/11/25. They showed a clear lack of knowledge about their own products and services. I came in with my 86 year old mother and her phone that was frozen with the shutdown, restart and s.o.s. screen. The store was empty, no customers. 11-8-25. UnfortunatelyI had to go to this store again. The Manager (didn't get her name) but she had long black hair, and the biggest attitude, even before I explained my problem (which was not with the store but with corporate). She looked at me like I was a complete pest and said "the store is closing in one hour and I am not going to call customer service". I asked her what I was supposed to do and her answer was "go to a different store". Seriously ?!?!?!?! I will never go back to that store!
The two young ladies were super unhelpful. They tried everything they could not to assist us. Kimberly had a terrible attitude and anything we asked she rolled her eyes at us. Even when we had T-mobile customer service on the line she was rude to them as well. I highly encourage anyone using T-Mobile to go to another location. I went to another t-mobile location and they were very helpful and able to help me out.
Called this location in the morning advising them my fiance will be in and was told they can help her with the issue. It was a productive conversation. Unfortunately the in stop experience was disappointing to say the least. She showed up, the lady inside was rude, acted bothered and told my fiance that there’s nothing they can do.
