Stopped in to get info about upgrading my phone. I am a no-nonsense person and just wanted to know the bottom line on cell differences and cost. Well I had a terrific experience with Lexie! She answered all my questions, showed me the phones in question and gave me the amounts. I was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge and helpfulness. The service I got was awful. I went in to talk about an upgrade. I walked in and was told how busy they were and that they “may” not have time for me. I will be switching to a different carrier

The phone serviceis awful, especially now that they merged with T-mobile. My calls drop in places that they never did before. I can barely data now. I am going to switch to US cellular.
