I returned my device and I’m pretty sure the employee messed some number up because I was then charged for the device because they had “no proof I turned it in”. I call the T-Mobile customer service and am no closer to anything two months later with this balance now sitting in collections. Long story short, I visit the store and Camden put a BUNCH of work in to prove that I did indeed return the device. I appreciate him for going through the process with me!

I went to T-Mobile to try out their service. After 2 weeks I was not impressed. I loved the note 3 I had but not the service coverage. I returned the phone before the trial period was finished and was told from Anthony I would receive my deposit back in 2 weeks at most. I did not receive my refund and contacted this store about a month later. I spoke with the manager and Anthony numerous times doing everything i needed to do to receive the refund.
