Adam was exceptional. He is a real benefit to your STORE. He was the best experience I’ve had from any phone company. It’s usually like pulling teeth are going to the dentist or the DMV Adam was fabulous. He deserves a raise.

Went in to get my screen protector change and it was part of my insurance so no charge and the person that helped me “RACQUEL” not very helpful and seems doesn’t know what she’s doing asked about an international call that was charged in my account she wants me to call the international customer service and get the charge refunded not very helpful & lazy. She keeps on repeating my number and doesn’t even know what she’s saying they are NOT even busy. This person seems annoyed to help!!! Bad customer service!!!

I had an outstanding experience at here thanks to one of their incredible employees, Adam. Even while multitasking and helping multiple customers at once, he never once made anyone feel rushed or overlooked. What really stood out was how he made each person feel like they were the only customer in the store—giving full attention, answering every question thoroughly, and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude throughout.
