Came in for a # transfer and ran into a couple issues that were very stressful but the entire team including Eddie, Kasia, and another supervisors , that I wasn’t able to catch he’s name , were extremely helpful and patient. I highly recommend to come in! Amazing team and service!!

Angry, sarcastic workers. Rude and talk down to you. Drive to a different location and save yourself the headache. Update: Called with questions on inventory and things have not changed. Sarcastic, passive aggressive and arrogant behavior for a quick phone call.
OMG! I had an on going issue with my phone and my bill that 3 different stores couldn't handle. I ended up at the Algonquin store and Jackie, you want to talk about professional service and not giving up until the customer is satisfied, Jackie is your girl! She literally fixed ALL of my issues withy phone in like 5 minutes!
