I’m so happy with my new phone. Denise was very very helpful on getting this set up through this busy store. She was able to walk me through the steps very thoroughly while other customers were coming in. She really cared about transferring my current data to my new phone. I really appreciate that attention in a high paced store and would come back for future phone purchases. Thank you !

Run! The one in Crystal lake down the road is well staffed, they are nice, and you won't be sitting at a table after having a piece of paper thrown at you. I never personally checked in.. lazy!
