Poor customer service with Ozzy, Jay and Mike are great. Ozzy is very unprofessional, rude doesn't know situation with my phone. I would not recommend his help with anything!!!! Over reacts and rude and gets so defensive. Jay highly recommend doesn't lie doesn't beat around the bush so nice and lovely person!

I stopped in because my screensaver was cracked and I thought that I had purchased one in the past that included free replacements when needed. I was wrong about that, but Ayman and Gris were more than happy to change my screensaver at no charge anyway. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful! From what I observed, the entire staff was providing excellent customer service to all of the customers. I was extremely happy with my experience at this store!
