I spent three days trying to transfer my service to T-Mobile over the phone and got nowhere. I went into the T-Mobile store in Algonquin and met with Jacqueline. She could tell right away I was frustrated and said she’d get it fixed. It took a couple hours, but she stayed on it and got everything straightened out. Every time I go to this store, I have a good experience. It is a very busy store so normally there is some kind of wait but I was lucky today. I was able to get in and out and was helped by an outstanding employee named Adam. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to. He knew his stuff, helped me in a timely manner and had a few laughs while getting business done. I’m happy to have him at my local store and hope to have more interactions with him.
I had a wonderful experience at this location this past Tuesday. Jackie N. was our mobile expert, and she truly was an expert! I was getting a new phone for my 83 yr old mother. Jackie was so kind and helpful handling my mom's account and the new service. She even was able to help us get a refund on certain charges. I cannot recommend Jackie enough. She is great! Thank you to the Algonquin location for hiring a wonderful employee.
