HUGE shout out to Stefan. Came in and upgraded both my wife and my phone. He was super patient and full of good information. He was also able to save us a few bucks by switching my wife from ATT to T-mobile and adding a line to my plan. Buying a phone is just as painful as buying a car but Stefan made it seamless!
Long wait to return devices
came in with my grandma to get help putting a screen protector on her phone (one that we brought) and jacquie was amazing, super helpful, joyful, and even helped us get the better screen protector (which was covered by the insurance). she went out of her way to help us, and i am so thankful for her! if you see this, i hope you have a good day jacquie!
