best customer service ever from Amber H.we purchase an i phone 16 from a third party t mobile store, and the seller give us 5 tracker devices saying it comes with the phone and that i wont be charges guest what every month they was charging about 4$ monthly per device for a total of 25$. since the phone was paid at full price we took it to diferentt carrier. and the acount stop for the phone but not for the tracker devices . short story we try to return the devices and they say could not take those and that we need to call c... read more
Go to the West Dundee location…. Worst customer service ever. took 5 minutes to get greeted. took my number down to check in said it was a 30 minute wait which is fine. Called me when it was my turn. Went back and no one acknowledged me or greeted me when I came back. They helped other people before me. Still not acknowledged. I left. Already got what I came for at the West Dundee location.
