I wouldn't even give one star. Terrible customer service. I've been waiting a month for a new phone in the mail. I can't get any information on where the phone is or how much longer it will be till it arrives. In the very beginning I was told 5-7 business days. It's been well over that amount of time. I know I'm switching phone companies as soon as I can. If anyone asks me for a good phone company I'll tell them any one of them but t-mobile. All they want is money and to waste your time.
