Stay away from this store and the management / sales staff. This is a third party T-Mobile site. Went in last week just to grab a new phone only and they put over $300 of extra items and accessories, added another phone line on my account after we left the premises. The T-Mobile expert rep was watching them add things on my account while on the phone with her. Tmobile is a crooked company. They are full of excuse after excuse for any problem. They are just a bunch a smooth talkers that leave out the important stuff needed to know stuff. Anything you get for free is really not. They do nothing but screw you. Needless to say I'm getting rid of tmobile as a provider and don't recommend this company to anyone.
4 people at Steamtown T Mobile store are crooks they promised you free stuff and say it's free but on your bill it shows up as purchases and you're paying it off month by month they promised me 3 free accessories come to find out I have paperless billing and if I didn't check it I would never know that I'm being charged for it they're a bunch of crooks they lie.
