Had to wait a week in order to pick up a replacement for my Recalled note 7 because the store was too lazy to check the phone in when it arrived last week. I had to call, be told it wasn't in, call T-Mobile corporate who "confirmed" it was there and was then told "It arrived a little bit ago" Too bad tracking had it delivered on Thursday... Will never visit this store again, this is becoming too common with T-Mobile, they have decided to give up on customer service in most stores...
