I am giving this T-Mobile one star because I cannot give zero. First of all, the employees need more education on the services that they are trying to provide, I had to go through three people before my services could be cancelled. Mind you, one of the retail managers named Jason (who didn’t wash his hands or use hand sanitizer after touching all over my phone) went on to help another person, who was of Indian decent. I have just got the "pay as you go" with T mobile, where you get the 30 texts or 30 min of talk for 3$ pr. month. I asked at the store, that was correct, and it was correct. It would have been so awesome, if the guy actually informed me, that incoming calls and texts are included the 30 texts or 30 minutes. I also got a new SIM card, with new phone number, and after activation I got spam messages, which have already counted as 10 texts. Wow, I will definitely not be using any service of T mobile again. There are only two stations and it took 45 mins to help a customer? I had to wait 49 mins just to drop something off. They should prioritize their customer support better!!!
Just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile...what a difference! Better coverage, better service, lower price...no contract....we can upgrade our phone any time! Stop in and see Spencer Dean...he is friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire switch-over seamless. Kudos to T-Mobile and Spencer! Thank you.
