Went here to get help and they didn’t care , they just jacked my bill up and sent me on my way, terrible customer service
We went to inquire because we were unhappy with Spectrum and needed to save money on our phone service. We bundled our phones (3) and saved a ton, also purchased our Internet with them, set up was effortless. Very happy!

I went to T-Mobile on March 4th to upgrade my phone. My first stop was the Twinsburg T-Mobile but they didn't have the phone that I was looking for. However, they greeted me as I came in made me feel like they were glad that I was there. Even though they didn't have the phone that I wanted they were very professional all of them in the store.
