Janai was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Being technology ignorant, I was dreading getting a new phone. But she made it seamless and pain free. Great customer service!

DO NOTTT GO TO THIS LOCATION…..I was NOT pleased at all! 1- The store manager pulls up ALMOST mins late to open the store .sick.2 - not friendly at all, I feel like the old guy in there was talking at me not to me . 3- Did not once have a welcoming attitude at all. Now if you live in Macedonia GO TO THE TWINSBURG LOCATION. It’s like 10 mins away ,TYLER THE STORE MANAGER was soooo nice and helpful. Tyler talked to me like a human and helped me get my I phone 16e . I RECOMMEND THE TWINSBURG LOCATION OVER MACEDONIA ANY DAY.
