hire more knowledgeable people and people who care, tried to charge me for a warranty exchange. had to contact T-Mobile online to get it done
I had to call about 3 times to get a credit on my bill I was supposed to get 2 weeks ago not to mention activate my own Apple Watch cause the store never finished the activation I would much rather drive further for better service.. absolute awful service
Horrible is an understatement!!! Language that the employees use is horrible around customers!! Took 4.5 hours to get 3 lines activated and still had to go to elyria store to finish. Then I get to elyria store and they tell me the Lorain store activated 7 lines! Mind you I only wanted three. Lorain store you have no business being open at all!!!! I'll stick with Verizon.
Tmobile service sucks. You can't get good service outside Lorain County, might as well not have a phone. Don't fall for it all lies.
The people that work there are great if i had my own business i would hire all of them with top paid God Bless that store
