Alex Cable, the Associate Manager took on a problem I had which was caused by the Sam's Club, Bluffton T mobile location. The people at Sam's tried at first but they were arrogant and told me they couldn't trade in my phone.......even though it was their fault it wasn't traded in. They said I would have to go to a corporate store. I drove the 32 miles to this location and Alex was very patient and spent 45 minutes fixing the issue so I could get my trade in solved.
