Will rip you off and not even bother telling you if a phone is capable of being turned on or not then will take your money and not even refund it. Are very ugly and rude towards adults AND children!
I hate going to T.mobile store because every time you go in the store you have wait in line to get a phone or pay your phone bill I was in the store just now was in there from 10:00a.m to11:30 A.M didn't even help like needed to
I stop getting service today in my bill is payed in I can't use it css it it want let me. I just might take my iPhone back in not go back to t-mobile
