I had the worst experience at this T-Mobile today! The staff did not do what they were asked to do and instead of adding another line, they transferred my son’s father number to my son’s phone. Then had the NERVE to say I had to buy and new SIM card to change it back when all they had to do was call customer service and correct their mistake!
