Shout out to Romeo! Went into the store today because my iPhone was having WiFi and Bluetooth issues, and Apple was trying to tax me to fix it since I didn’t have AppleCare anymore. Luckily, I had Protection 360 with T-Mobile, and Romeo helped me get my claim started right away — my replacement phone should be here by tomorrow!
