First time here and I’ve got mixed feelings. The wait was long but understandable. Staff seemed nice, though I overheard a few rude exchanges with other customers. What really frustrated me was the warranty runaround. I called first, was told to come in, waited 30 mins, then got sent to Apple. Apple then told me they couldn’t help and to come back the next day. Total waste of time. At the end of the day, I don’t mind waiting but I do mind being misinformed and inconvenienced.
Customer service is very bad.
