This store sucks. Walked in today with the intention of upgrading my Note 4. No one acknowledged me. I let that go because they were both helping other customers. I stood looking at the Note 5 while I waited. Another customer walked in, they both acknowledged him, still no words to me. One associate then finished with the person he was helping and went to the person that came in after me. I was in the store for at least 20 mins and noone asked to help me. Wow!!!
