Google says open at 10am, 10:15 someone rolls in but waits another 15 min to come out and tells us waiting outside in heat that they don't open til 11am. So much for my lunch break I took!! SMH...do better people
Poor Costomer services
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! I went to trade my phone, and they told me there was a good deal. If you have a good condition iPhone 15 and up, you will get an iPhone 16 for no charge. After my bill came, it was high. When I went there, I figured out they scammed me. They took stuff from the store under my name and told me I had to pay for it. They cut my line services even though I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Now, I am thinking of moving to AT&T.
Used to come in this location when the staff knew what they were doing I have now switched services.
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! I came here and got a T-Mobile Gateway Router and the box keeps cutting off and going into recovery mode. I tried to exchange it at this location and they told me they couldn’t do it because this is an “Authorized Retailer” and not a legitimate corporate store. So why are you selling items from THIS store, if I have to get a return or exchange done at a different store.
