AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! I came here and got a T-Mobile Gateway Router and the box keeps cutting off and going into recovery mode. I tried to exchange it at this location and they told me they couldn’t do it because this is an “Authorized Retailer” and not a legitimate corporate store. So why are you selling items from THIS store, if I have to get a return or exchange done at a different store. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN! The won’t exchange items that don’t work. Lazy, drug addicted workers who don’t want to do their job. This location is poorly managed.
