I showed up to T-mobile 10 mins before they closed, knowing good and well they had been put through the ringer all day due to the fiber optic outage that was widespread, Rasheeda was beyond exceptional! She handled my issues with the utmost respect and professionalism, not to mention I had ZERO information she needed to find my account but she was patient and kind to me the whole time, exhausting all options until we found one that worked. Store manager did NOTHING to get customers’ issues resolved a full hour before store closed : I got stuck with an associate that was not Helpful and more concerned that store was closing in 30 minutes rather than assisting w/ transferring my contacts
I went there to get new phone because mine was 8 years old. When I got the bill it was more than he told me and he had add a line on my account that he did not tell me about. So dishonest and unprofessional. I called T Mobile and got the extra line taken off. I my call the attorney general of NC to see what can be done.. Stay away from this store
