Great job
The people at this store treated my elderly mother terribly when she called them to change her credit card information. They hung up on her multiple times and told her she would have to arrive at the store to change the information. She has mobility issues and cannot drive to the store. They offered no other help than to hang up on her and then immediately hang up on her again when she tried to call them back. We plan to switch to a plan that is $50 cheaper than the one she is paying for now ($75/mo) with a different carrier... read more
Emily is an excellent store manager!!! She went above and beyond to help and resolve our issue. Also the whole crew was amazing. From the professionalism to the patience and knowledge I am absolutely impressed!!!!
Just overall nasty people
The team working was quick to help with my situation. I was out with problem solved in literally seconds. This will be my spot when i need to visit T-Mobile.
