Horrible .. light skin guy with dreads put me on the wrong plan when setting up my account. He assured me he put me on the basic plan but put me on the maxed out plan. Causing a lot of headache from the get go. I went to this store to print a bill and I was sent to another city. I went to this store to cancel a line. They said they could not. They never offered to verify me over the phone with a rep to have it done. Just turned down at every chance. The women that work there are kind. I’ll give them that..
Bianca was wonderful and patient…went beyond helping me get all fixed!!
