I hung up and I called the North Main location in High Point and Nayirah answered every questions that I had she kept me so calm cause I was 5 seconds to switching my internet over to Spectrum Internet. On the strength of Nayirah I’m going to stick to T-Mobile Fiber Internet as they work through the transition from me being a loyal Lumos customer for years.
