Worst customer service in Gastonia. They can't do much without having to call T-Mobile customer service. Keep you waiting at least 30 minutes every time you go in. Only thing they can do is take your money.

Wasted 2 1/2 hours for nothing, What a joke thinking about leaving T-mobile, Sprint was better!!!
