I was sitting there, waiting to get my replacement phone, & overheard a T-Mobile Representative work with an elderly customer. Gary Lopez is excellent! He went at 'her speed' & made sure that she knew, as well as understood, about all features of her new phone!!!
Lee is the best! Remembers everything down to the color shoes you wore a year ago on the 13th of February! The best associate I've come across in a long time. Notice I didn't say sales associate. There's a difference. He actually wants to help you. Not there for the commission. And the sales will follow. He needs to teach a class! Take note corporate! Don't let a talent like that get a way!
