Totally disappointing! I have a business account with T-mobile and have a ten year history with this company. We ordered a new phone on 9 September. We were told by Josh that we would have the phone-in-hand on the 16th of September. I went there personally on 16 September and was told there was a delay on shipping. Today, I called T-Mobile and they told me the order had been cancelled September 13th because we were not informed we needed to sign something sent to a wrong emai… See more

Undeserving of the one star. Be aware that the coverage map is not always accurate. The veteran and military sale was tempting but our issues are not getting resolved through calling customer service. Would have been nice to be given a loaner phone instead to check things out. We didn't know about that until we already bought phones and had to return them due to no coverage where we live. Spent way too many hours in there to owe them money for restocking fees.
