Worst experience ever. Refuse to honor active sales. Lied to me about rate plans. Lied about phone release and availability. Lied about promo specials that are active. Extremely rude. Lied about stock of tmobile tuesday items. Lied about my bill. Double charged me for items I paid for in store. Nasty attitudes. Slow. Not helpful. Poor stock on cases and accessories.
