Very helpful & so glad we came back! Switched several phones from another service & was shown nothing but patience.
Incompetent, while I was in their store someone was there complaining about their bill. I have been with tmobile for over 20 years. Was told by switching plans my Bill would go down $20 . Well that was wrong,long story short my bill is $150 more ! So annoyed I now have to spend my time on the phone trying to get this bill right 😠
Got my s5 from this place ...never have had better customer service or help!!!!
