I went to T-Mobile a little over 1 yesr now. And I got the pleasure of be help by a Ace Named Joshua. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I left happy. A few months later I added my daughter to my plan and I was lucky enough to have Joshua again and once again I was not let down Joshua was on his A game. We had a little difficulty with my daughter's phone but Joshua was on it.
