The Retail Store Manager Christina at the Landstown Commons location refused to put a glass screen protector on my husbands phone when it was the only one in stock for his phone. We came there for a screen protector replacement and the employee took my husbands protector off before realizing the one he grabbed to put on was not the correct one.
