Horrible service. Was told that we could get a device for our home to boost it. Shouldn’t have to pay more for something to help our service. Would not recommend at all.

T-mobile were I’m at really isn’t the best service to have at all! My husband has it and he barely gets reception! His messages don’t always send right away. And they always charge extra for the internet. When we only use our WiFi. Our cellular data is always turned off. But no T-mobile always says different! I get more signal from straight talk... now I have Verizon... and get signal almost everywhere I go... I wouldn’t recommend T-mobile here. I've been a T-Mobile costumer for a long time and I recently updated to the Galaxy s8 and I love it
They lie constantly about coverage. Check their maps on the cooperate web sites and do NOT believe them in the local stores. I have been promised 4g lte coverage for a year and each item it is 1-3 months away. Now they even put up a sign saying they have 4g lte in Bristol when in fact it does NOT have the coverage even after the sign is hung.
