I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. The rep provided exceptional service and knowledge of my system and account He exceeded expectations.
Not enough staff to handle customers. Had been waiting for an hour and still haven’t gotten assistance from the staff. Just trying to do simple return, have to wait more than an hour to do so. Very disappointing. The irony of it being the “Experience store” is very funny. My “Experience” with T-Mobile was disappointing.
I won’t be coming back when I took my wife and kids here they were trying to sell me a higher plan when my friend has a better deal.
I didn’t have a good experience today it’s Friday and I just want to get my phone checked because I dropped it in the toilet and they took forever
