Came in after visiting the Centreville location (bad experience). Upon coming in we were immediately greeted by a guy (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name!) we told him we’re buying a new phone for me to replace my old one and that we would like to compare the s24 and new iPhone. Went in with my mother looking for a watch with fall detection. Apple had a version as well as Samsung. Brianna was very helpful in telling us the features of both watches. There is a good deal for the Samsung watch where it's basically free, but you need to pay $15 per month for the cell service to make the fall detection work for the Samsung watch. I’ve visited around 4 other T Mobile stores and have left feeling unhelped and rushed. When I walked into this specific T Mobile today, I didn’t expect much and was actually surprised someone greeted me. I made small talk with Jay and as the conversation grew, I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me.
