I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store on Main Street in Fairfax. LOGAN was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions about upgrading my phone and adding a smartwatch. He explained my options clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and they helped me find the plan and devices that worked best for me. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!
This store seems quite suspicious and the employees seem to want to scam people. They made me pay and wait before bringing me the phone. They were also not able to confirm the phone was available prior to me paying. Please go to another T-Mobile store, one that doesn't seem fraudulent. I would avoid this store 100%
