Big thank you to Mr. Jose Pinto!! We were there for a longg time trying to set up an account and new phones, but from start to finish, he was so knowledgeable and patient. Even though we ended up not being able to accomplish anything, he made sure our experience there ended on a good note. We would love to return and work with him again!
Excellent retail location. Frank was incredible in assisting my Mother, Wife and Grandmother. We got 2 new Apple Air's, Pro Max, and additional lines, insurance and add ons with a Beyond Plan. If it wasn't for Frank I don't know how we would have gotten through the number porting and bugs. Thank you so much Frank, you made it an awesome day.
Anthony provided us Outstanding service today and last week. He helped us order new iPhone 17's last week for my wife and daughter and then today got both phones connected to our T-Mobile account and moved data from both phones from their old phones to their new phones. He's fantastic. He also provided tips on getting phone cases to protect our new phones, especially the camera lenses. I have to say Darius was fabulous!!! I knew & he knew purchasing wired earphones can be processed in less than 5 minutes he did it 2 minutes. Has most pleasant demeanor too!! The person who took my information for waitlist looked not really present like in other dimension & told me I have to wait 15 minutes. Ventilation was poor- I had to step out until my turn comes up.
