Deceptive information. Said new unlocked phone would not work on T Mobile. After I returned it to Best Buy and paid restocking fee, found it would have worked fine. Also charged me a $20 upgrade fee, which is a store charge, not T Mobile. Better to deal with corporate store, which this location is not.
