this store stole phones my wife and I returned when we upgraded. they do not want to take responsibility. our bill went from 170 to nearly 300$ and now they're saying we have to pay for 6 phones instead of the 3 we have. do not deal with this location
Great store to get all your Tmobile needs done at! They hooked us up with new phones and changed our plan so we would save money. The crew here knows what they're doing, couldn't be happier right now..
My husband and in have been with T-Mobile for 12 years, we've never had a problem or complaint with our service or customer experience. The Sleater Kinney store is the only store I like to do business with. They are all helpful and knowledgeable.

love T-Mobile even though they didn't have coverage when I went to Pacific Beach,WA earlier this month. I chatted with the help account on twitter a few nights ago and was told that my problem would be passed on. The reason I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile is because they have WI-FI calling and service where I work because they have an agreement with my workplace to provide service inside the building. So keep going on and I can't wait until you get service in Pacific Beach,WA
