After work went in to make a payment on equipment (phone) so it can be paid off early. I told the rep which device to apply the payment and she ended applying it to the wrong one -_- then for whatever reason nobody in the store could reverse the transaction and reapply the payment to the proper device so they told me they'd call it in and have it straightened out. I checked my account after a few days and nothing was done, So I finally had to call in myself to get something done and even then they couldn't reassign the payme... read more
