Overpriced, poor service, bad company policies.
Their service sucks. Thats why I moved to Verizon. Rude. I payed off my equipment in March and they told me they only have records for 3 months past. Don't go there. Very rude and unprofessional.
Lazy employees. Take the extra 10 minutes and head to 20th street and camelback. The employees at that T-mobile store will take much better care of you. Sorry 7th Ave peeps but, Lupe and Luis arw the only dedicated, caring employees at your location. Step it up already!
