Very unprofessional representatives working there at 1306 Southern Ave Suite 101, I called the evening prior to see if they had a certain phone I wanted I was told “ yes” by a female. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the store, so I traveled the next morning to pick up the phone and the girl rep. Little Mexican boy is very rude. Stood their staring at me like he was hard or something and when i asked him if they had any cheap phone cases for my phone since it’s a couple years old. His response “nah”. I was just in this location a day earlier and was helped by a very nice younger lady. But today customer service needed some work. Very rude that short little Mexican boy with the tattoos.

Location sucks Eddon and Yelda are the rudest reps I've ever came across. They don't care about your product that you purchased. IPhone 7 was giving to me as a gift now the SIM tray was damaged by Eddon. Yelda has the worse attitude. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
