Girl acted like she was annoyed to help me get a screen protector. Terrible attitude. Told me to go to Walmart. They are out of inventory on many items.

Went in to switch over from Verizon and Osei was the one helping us. He was very kind, informative, helpful, understanding, funny, personable. Such a great personality for your team! Even helped me set up a new phone right then and there! With a killer deal! Less than 2 hours and it was easy peasy. If you need help, make sure you go to Osei and y'all boomer customers better be nice to him! He's very patient :D
