Absolutely do not trust ELIJAH EISAS with your account!! I went in with my 3 children to make a small change on my account, should have taken 10 minutes, this guy starts going through everything, telling me I’m being double charged, overcharged everything! Promises to add a line but take my bill from $150 to $120!!! Also tries to “give” me a watch or tablet! My bill jumps to $183!! Thank goodness for customer care! Honestly the manager himself Rico G himself bad people skills . You might “possibly” know your job but you’re rude without realizing you’re being rude . You don’t make eye contact with the customers you blow off the situations instead of actually helping the customer and giving a REAL answer . Instead he wants to keep repeating the same cheap answer he said the first couple times instead of trying to actually fix the problem .
