We've been with Tmobile for years starting when we lived in Washington State. Recently we added lines for our teenagers. Then my wife wanted to get a Samsung Smart watch and so went to this store near the hospital where she works. The watch she bought wouldn't hold more than 10 hours of charge with every app off. It clearly was a malfunctioning watch. When the watch was returned, we were charged a restocking fee, so now someone else will get a lemon. Employees are pushed to to make the all mighty buck. busy location that is convenient to my area that I frequent a lot since my issues with releasing my phone number to another carrier. Stopped by another store off grant and swan and was out within 5 minutes
Horrible experience. The staff we dealt with did not know what he was doing. Wasted 2 hours of our time and was rude. We walked out and did what we had to do over the phone and it took 15 minutes. Absolutely will never go back to this location.
The customer service I received today from this location by the Store Mgr Adrian was simply outstanding !!!
When I got my phone service they gave me a tablet which I reluctantly took, then they charged me to return it. Not a good omen. Already pissed off.
