Visited the La Cholla store in Tucson to get prepaid sim cards for our 2 phones during our visit from Canada. The store was bright, super clean and tidy. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Jacob who had it all done in 15 minutes including activating the two lines. Everything is working very well with our calls, text and data withing the USA and to and from Canada and Mexico. Horrible customer service, very rude. Staff doesn't have basic knowledge.
