They used to have knowledgeable personnel but now only have salespeople. Find another supplier.
So I have been a customer with sprint for over 10 plus years. My husband is with sprint and wants to switch over to T-Mobile. We went there yesterday and said his phone is paid off from sprint and he wants to use the same number and just add a line to my family plan.
