These guys will do anything not to work . This is my 3rd issue and now im finally leaving a review .walked in to buy a new phone and was told I cant be helped because I didnt have my ID. I pulled up my AZ mobile license and was told they still cant help me. Avoid this place, Lazy kids working !!!!
Young lady here gave me “free” tracking device with the purchase of a new phone. I am now getting billed for it.
My experience has been the worst I’ve had in the United States with any phone company. The sales representative at Walmart Pima & chaparral sold me a $90 plan, which makes no sense to me. I felt completely scammed. I have called customer service many times and no one has been able to help me. I have also gone back several times to the store where the plan was sold to me, and no one has helped me there either. They are trying to make me pay for a plan that I haven’t even choose.
